These terms outline your rights and responsibilities, including providing accurate information, following proper use of our platform, and understanding that while we connect workers to job opportunities, we do not guarantee employment. Misuse of our services may result in suspension or termination. Continued use of our platform means you accept any updates to these terms.

Account Creation

To use Gama Hiring, you must first create an account on our website. You may also use our resume builder to prepare your professional profile. When creating your account, you must provide accurate personal details, including your full legal name, current contact information, and work history.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Application Form & Document Accuracy

Once registered, you may complete our application form, which collects details about your work experience, certifications, licenses, and other qualifications.
You must upload real, valid, and verifiable certificates or credentials. Submitting forged, expired, or misleading documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, account removal, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Job Application Process

After completing your profile and application, you may apply to positions for which you are qualified. Gama Hiring will review your application and may contact you if there is a suitable opening within Gama Manpower.
Applying to a job does not guarantee selection, and opportunities are subject to availability, your skills, and employer needs.

Employment Relationship

When you are assigned to a role through Gama Hiring, you are employed directly by Gama Manpower and dispatched to work for third-party companies. You remain under Gama Manpower’s employment for the duration of your assignment.
You must follow both Gama Manpower policies and the specific workplace rules of the job site you are assigned to.

No Guarantee of Employment

While Gama Hiring works to connect workers with available jobs, we do not guarantee employment, minimum hours, or continuous work. Job availability depends on industry demand, client needs, and your qualifications.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts based on performance, conduct, or policy violations.

Work Eligibility

To work through Gama Hiring, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada. This includes:

Canadian citizens

Permanent residents

Individuals with a valid Canadian work permit

If your work authorization changes, expires, or is revoked, you must notify Gama Hiring immediately. Working without valid authorization is strictly prohibited, and we are not responsible for consequences arising from ineligibility.

Students & International Students

If you are an international student, you must comply with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) regulations regarding work hours (typically 20 hours per week during study periods).
Gama Hiring may request proof of enrollment or work eligibility at any time. Violations of permitted work hours may affect your immigration status, and Gama Hiring will not be held responsible for resulting issues.

Worker Responsibilities & Conduct

All workers are expected to:

Arrive on time and ready for work

Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Respect supervisors, coworkers, and clients

Notify Gama Hiring promptly of absences or emergencies

Repeated lateness, no-shows, or misconduct may result in termination of assignments and removal from our platform.

Timesheets & Payment

Workers must submit accurate timesheets via email to Timesheets@gamamanpower.ca or other approved methods by the stated deadline (Bi -weekly).
Late submissions may delay payment. Payments are made via direct deposit or cheque, and workers are responsible for keeping banking information updated. Incorrect information may cause payment delays for which Gama Hiring is not liable.

Liability & Agreement

By using Gama Hiring, you agree that:

We are not liable for job availability, income loss, or immigration issues caused by your ineligibility or non-compliance with laws.

You are responsible for providing truthful information and complying with all employment and immigration regulations.

Continued use of our platform indicates your acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using our services immediately.
